Southwest Bowl
Bowl:
2-3 cups of mixed greens
6 tbsp of grains
4 tbsp of black beans
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup of bell peppers, diced
2 tbsp fontina cheese
1/4 cup of green onions
1 avocado diced
Adobo Crema:
2 1/2 tbsp of crema
1/2 tsp adobo
2-3 drops of lemon juice
pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients under Adobo Crema in a bowl and set aside.
Mix all the ingredients under bowl in a large salad bowl. Add Adobo Crema and serve immediately.
